MTN is totally trash!

So I bought a phone through a contract on MTN on the 2nd of December and they told me it was going to be delivered within 5 working days. Today it's the 14th which marks 8 days whenever I call their sales department they give me numbers that don't go through or they either don't take my calls. Tomorrow it's supposed to be the debit date and I haven't even got my phone and I'm going to reverse the order which is gonna affect my my credit score which totally uncalled for. MTN please make the right thing and fix your communication and help me cancel my order please.
