MTN IS *******

MTN IS THE MOST ******* SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!! I have been a customer for the last 3 years. In April 2017 I was due for an upgrade. I did not take a handset but I wanted a sim only deal of 8 GB - it was a promo of R89.00 p/m. This year (2019) I was due for an upgrade and contacted the call centre and they advised me that I am due for an upgrade. I told them to please cancel the promo and I signed up for a handset, minutes and data.

I get my bill this morning and it R900.00???? When I contacted MTN they told me that I was getting an extra 2GB a month and they were not charging me for it???? and they realised now???? I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR A 2GB DATA DEAL! IT WAS AN 8GB DATA DEAL PROMO. LISTEN TO YOUR RECORDING!!! I WILL SUE MTN!!!!
