MTN is the worst! Terrible customer service!

After being with MTN for years, I’ve always been happy but I would never recommend anyone to take out any contract with them! They cancelled my service without any request and charged me a cancellation fee!! It’s been 3months and they failed to assist me!! Keep pushing the blame to the next department! Even the management team failed to follow up and assist! They keep on suspending my service because I cannot pay my current contract because of that cancellation fee that is on my account that has not been resolved yet!!! The agents keeps you on hold for more than 30 minutes and then just does a cold transfer which means now I have to explain myself over and over and over again!!! So sickening!!!!!!
