MTN IS THE WORST TELECOMMUNICATION SP IN SA

I have been a customer for more than 10years and only in October 2021 MTN gave away 2 phones under my account and i immediately reported *****. i was sent from pillar to post to find whats the status resolution of the ***** unit and till today no one from ***** had any contact with me regarding the case. the same phones encountered a bill of R55 000 which is now reflecting on my credit record and when i ask for the amount to be reversed nothing is being done. my relationship with MTN is done!!! i still pay them monthly for my contracts but as soon as contracts depleted am porting to another SP as i am not valued as a customer
