MTN is the worst stay away

Don’t even know where to start yoh kuningi.. I’ve had my account with MTN for years now and all along they were debiting their money then the debit orders stopped and apparently I was now suppose to go to the branch to make payment which was impossible for me to do after endlessss calls cries listen everything I tried everything for MTN to debit their money I kept on being reffered to different people eventually my account was in arrears I owed around 10k and apparently MTN says they have been sending me communications which I have never received to pay up my account. I tried the debit order request AGAIN and now my account was with the lawyers and guess what from 10k I now owe 28k in a space of 1 month are these people okay in their heads. I curse the day I opened an account with MTN they are the worst service providers to ever exist!
