MTN is the worst service provider since we are on Covid 19

As I'm working from home in this situation of Covid 19. I made payment for my June subscription, to my surprise my connection got suspended and this happens every time I buy from their work from home specials. When I call their support to find out why was my line suspended even before month end, the lady didn't have answers.
