MTN IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER! INCOMPETENCE IS ON ANOTHER LEVEL.

I regret ever taking cellphones on contract with MTN is has been the worst experience ever. They bill an extra amount every month and whenever I query it I get different stories, some consultants simply confirm they do not know what is it for or they say just ignore it which doesn't help me much cause my number gets blocked EVERY MONTH! Tania Johnson a branch manger in Century City Cape town branch I escalated my query to months ago has still not responded with a resolution to my query ever since she confirmed my query is being investigated to this date. I even sent an email to they complaints department and just what since June I still have not received and respond. The call centre agents are just as *********** as everyone else I have spoken to. This is so frustrating!
