MTN is the worst service provider in SA

I am very disgruntled and disappointed at MTN as a brand . I have been using MTN since 2006 yet this is how they threat me .

I have been going back and forth trying to sim swap my number only to be told that it has been allocated to someone else .why did they let me Rica the number again if it was allocated to someone else , why did they say the Sim swap was performed if it was allocated to someone else . The lack of clarity and communication is repulsive

As for their branches ( Pavillion, Durban Central and Musgrave ) they have no care whats so ever and do not really have any care for walk ins that are query related . MTN is the worst service provider there is
