Mtn is the worst service provider ever

I have been having issues with mtn since may, i have a wifi month to month contract with them, on the 15th of May they didn't deduct, no one said anything to me, i found out on the 27th of May that they didn't get the money when they switched off my services I made payments and was told that I won't have any services for June, today is the first and i still don't have any service, called in was bounced around for the entire until i was transferred to an asavela from the coverage department who told me she cannot help me and her response to my questions was either "i don't know what to say or i am not allowed to" when I asked for someone who could assist she told me to hung up and call again. Mtn customer service is the worst i had recommended to friends and we will be looking for something else
