MTN is the worst service provider ever.

My husband had three contracts with MTN. Two contracts expired in September 2020 and January 2021 respectively. We tried to cancel these contracts on many occasions, we went to MTN branches, called call centers without any success.

Meanwhile, they continued to bill his account and send invoices. They blocked our numbers every time we couldn't not pay. The consultants are rude and very slow. My husband and I will never ever deal with this company again.
