MTN IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!
I have a corporate contract with MTN. I got a Samsung S4 during November 2013. Since getting my phone on contract, I have only gotten to use it for 5 months (out of the 14 months),the rest of the time, the phone was sent away 4 times for being faulty. It keeps giving problems, just shutting off while I receive telephone calls and freezing when I use apps such as Whatsapp. Each time, a different excuse as to what is wrong with my phone, each time I receive it back (supposedly fixed), with the problems still existing. I got it back again in December 2014, they told me they replaced the phone's motherboard, but STILL THE PROBLEMS PERSIST!!! They've sent it to MTN's techs (whom I suspect did an upgrade via wifi, and caused the damage), as well as Samsung in Cape Town. So fed up with talking to call centres who don't help. Our business consultant from MTN George, Lynn Muller,is not coming back to me, and her boss (Selvan Naidoo) is not returning my requests for calls. Thandeka from the socail media team promised me feedback / contact in December, have heard NOTHING!! I expect the phone to be replaced, after MTN and Samsung has provided me with a dud and keep on failing at fixing it!

I apologize for any inconveniences caused as a result of this. I understand the frustration that you endured in your attempt to have the issue resolved.
Unfortunately, the IMEI number and Job Card number have been left out of your post which does delay the resolution time. In order for us to revisit the repairs, we would require you to book the handset in again and have the store mark it for urgent attention as it has been in for repairs on a prior occasion.
