MTN is the Worst service Provider

MTN is *****ulent lately. I was charged twice in the month of December for my cellphone contract, i requested for a refund and i was told it is processed i should receive it in 5 days. I didn’t receive my refund instead every-time i call i am given a new case number. To top it all every time i call their consultants act like they have no idea what is going even with an active case number. What makes it worse they debited me an incorrect amount in the month of February, instead of me getting my refund i keep getting debited more. I just came here to write my review only to come across 4 bad reviews written today, NOW, clearly there is a problem and they think they can just take away people’s hard earned money!! Bad service from MTN.
