MTN is the worst service provider!!!

MTN is a ****! I took the contract for the mobile router at the cost of R259pm in July, Then I was debited, but suddenly I got a bill reflecting that the July payment was not received and now they are combining July and August and will bill R522!!

What happened to the July debit??? I want to cancel this contract immediately!!!
