MTN IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

I have been trying to cancel my contract with MTN because they have been deducting more money from my account. I went to their store at Westgate Mall and I was told to call 135. I called 135 and spoke to one of the agents named Thandeka, she told me that she would call me back after 30 min because she was struggling to cancel my contract on their system. It's been almost 2 hours and I haven't heard anything from them. I tried calling them again but my calls are not going through. If you are thinking of signing up with MTN, DON'T!!!! They are the worst service provider to deal with, especially if you want to cancel your contract.
