MTN IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER.
I canceled my contract in March and was canceled successfully in July. And now having to refund me is taking twice as long after i was told it'll take 2 weeks.. But its been two months... So let me get this straight... It takes 4 months to cancel with mtn and then it takes 2 months and counting to be refunded.. Looks its not just our government officials that offer bad service... MTN offers twice as bad the service.

19 Sept 2022, 08:43Mtn is refusing to pay me back.. I canceled my contract with them but kept on taking money... so I want my refund.... hello Peter.... please help as this whole thing started in March and now it's September.... and September is ending next week...
