MTN IS THE WORST & ROBS US!

<p># mtn SA can't give me the price per MB, NIGERIA MTN did immediately. (by error I got them on online live chat) which mtnSA doesn't have. WHY?</p> <p># 30GB finished in less than 2mths, for home use, which was purchased to use on a 6mth basis of 5GB a month & I normally use 4GB so 1gig extra wouldn't harm, all worked out cheaper on R1350.00 over mths. NO ANSWER FROM MTN SINCE AUG 2016 to date!</p> <p># 2GB finished in less than 2 weeks last mth, 1GB finished in 5 days. No downloads done, no youtube videos done, not any of those sorts BUT use for emails & online surveys, which I have been doing for years & always made it through with 4GB. now????</p> <p># TELKOM seems to ADVERTISE their price PER MB, why can't MTN, VCOM & CELL C??? I don't EVER see them advertise their prices.</p> <p># mtnSA CAN block these "online subscription" thieving people like WASP but choose NOT TO. Vodacom can, Telkom can, Cell C can, I think mtnSA has a finger in the pie with WASP. Getting a commission/cut. I just say 2 suddenly this morning on my one device & within less than 24hrs, there was 2 that was subscribed to & on a SIM CARD USED IN A ****LE! So there is NEVER airtime on the phone, except data. mtn SA you lossed on this one.</p> <p># mtnSA allows us to "purchase a BIS" for blackberry but it doesn't give the access its supposed to give. Full access of unlimited internet, receiving & usage of socials & emails, DOES NOT DO IT!!! If you don't have AIRTIME on your phone, you will NOT have access to ANYTHING!!! Why are we paying the BIS then??? </p> <p>#mtnSA refers me to BLACKBERRY services, only to discover and hear from a VERY WELL CLUED UP MTN ADVISOR, UNLIKE the 99% others, that WE CLIENTS, will NOT be able to get hold of BBERRY SA ourselves with these issues as it HAS TO GO THROUGH the service provider (mtn) and THEY, ONLY THEY, can put you through to the BLACKBERRY DATA SERVICE DEPT! BBSA's nrs ring constantly, never answered, BLACKBERRYS website leads you to NOKIA's site, nice for NOKIA to know.</p> <p># in the end???? NO DATA, NO SERVICE, NO AIRTIME, NO BIS, NO CLUE, NO MTN!!!</p>
