MTN IS THE WORST RATHER JOIN ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER

I wish I could give negative stars.

MTN insurance was supposed to collect my mobile on the 29th of May already. Today is the 6th of June and yet nobody came to pick it up. This company have been a headache to deal with. I am still waiting for a driver nobody is pitching up I even went as far to ask them if I could deliver it myself they said no just to make things easier for them. Anyone that want to use MTN I encourage to rather go to another service provider.
