MTN IS THE WORST PHONE COMPANY IN SA

The worst phone company! I opened a phone contract at MTN and someone broke into my house and stole my phone. There was no proof of force of entry, because the man came through my window, the Police wrote a rapport stating that the phone was ******, but MYN refuses to refund the phone or to give me a new one, even though ai had insurance on my phone ! I wouldn’t recommend this phone company to any one ! They don’t answer their phone's when I phone them. The absolute worst !
