MTN is the worst network service!!!

Mtn is the worst. I have a contract with them and I missed a few installments but since I'm no longer working I made a payment arrangement with them and they agreed that I pay the outstanding amount over a period of 6 months but to my surprise they suspended my services even after I've honoured the agreement 😡. I've been calling their customer service for the past 3 days and no 1 is able to give me an accurate answer, they are all clueless as to what's the solution. This is unacceptable.
