MTN is the worst network provider!!!!!!!!

MTN is the worst network provider!!!! Since May I’ve been trying to sort out my bill and to date my account status is not updated i have printed out my bank statement and took it to the springs MTN branch so that they can send it to finance and allocate the money into my account I’ve never gotten a response ever since. Including the customer service centre as well I have been sending my proof of payments and no response or feedback from them!!!!!!
