MTN is the worst Network I have ever joined

I have 2 contracts with MTN having being with them for years now even with the the major issues they have had with their network. In September 2016 MTN billed me with an amount where I had a usage limit increase on one of my contracts which was correct so they deducted my account with the correct amount. Now normally after the an0mount is billed and deducted MTN drops the usage limit to zero and should you need to increase it you can thus do that yourself via the *141*5# channel however little did they know I was not gonna use this number from the last debit date all the way to October and onwards, so instead of dropping the usage limit to zero MTN seeming and according to the first conversation I had with the first agent, it was their mistake and they would rectify it. A month later they deduct my account and its the incorrect amount so I call in and that was my first call where I was advised of the above and I requested a URL report which I never received, then in November they increase the amount increases with charges because I reversed the initial incorrect debit and I spoke to another agent and they were rude to the point where I spoke to their TL or Manager who advised they will request the URL details again and send it to me, took my email and everything but no one once again got back to me. Ever since I have been playing the reversal game with them and they keep increasing the stallment with charges. I do not mind them taking the standard amount of the past 4 months and rectifying the situation which would amount to R960 as each month is R240 on this contract but for the to deduct anything more than that this month I will have to hand it over to my lawyers as this was their mistake to begin with, im havent received any feedback from them in the past 4 months and the fact that they said they were gonna rectify it. My contract is about to come to an end and I will never ever ever have any dealings with this ridiculous network again I will port thereafter and will spread the word about this, not that MTN doesnt have a terrible reputation already Call Ref.numbers: Ref: ********** 56 Ref: ********** (URL request) Ref: ********** 11 Ref: ********** 16 Ref: ********** 59 The above reference numbers refer to the calls iv have made amongst many others regarding this matter asking them to rectify this and get back to.
