MTN is the worst ******* network

MTN is honestly the worst network experience I have ever had. I requested cancellation of a contract before the debit date because I was no longer interested, yet MTN still continued debiting money from my account without my consent. Last month I raised this issue and was told the contract would be cancelled, but now again another debit has gone through for something I do not owe. How do you continue charging a customer for a contract they disputed and asked to cancel? What makes this even more concerning is that ever since I started complaining publicly, I have been receiving strange messages linked to my number. Customers should not have to fight this hard just to stop unauthorised debits. I want: A full refund of the unauthorised debits Proof of this alleged contract and consent Immediate cancellation confirmation in writing I would never recommend MTN to anyone based on this experience.
