Mtn is the worst network company in the whole wide world

Customer service for contracts Option 1 contract renewal always has someone to answer the call within 18 seconds

Option 2 contract cancellation never has anyone answering the phone it has been more than a week phoning them everyday already. My contract is finished but I can not cancel it, they keep on deduction my money every month. Please help
