MTN IS THE WORST NETWORK !!!!! ABSOLUTELY POOR AFTERSALES

Do not bother buying their so called “original” charging head, in fact do not waste your time at MTN Greenstone. I upgraded my contract on 28 Feb 2023 and was advised it’s best I buy the charging head in store as my device doesn’t come with one. The charging head with a “3 months warranty” literally blew up on the 12th of March 2023… 12 days from date of sale. I have tried in vain to speak to store manager Lebo, who is never available,got referred to area manager Tendai *** who sent me from pillar to post even after I forwarded pics of my charred charger, now they tell me the best they can do is SELL me another charger at a discount, or take the whole phone which has no problem to Apple for 3 weeks with no promise of resolution or me getting a cable after the fact, or being offered a spare phone to use in the meantime. Tendai is extremely *********** in my option as he thinks I’m his wife to speak to so poorly ! He promises to call back and never does ! Tendai refused to give his surname by stating that he thinks he gave me to much information. I have all the calls recorded and this is unacceptable!!!! How did MTN drop to this standard. Tendai shouldn’t even be working I mean let him stay at home . Not only did the store make me wait 3 hours when I purchased the contract but now this …. MTN IS THE WORSE .
