MTN is the worst mobile operator in the country

MTN is the worst mobile operator in the country. They have been *******ly debiting me for more than five years. I have sent the affidavits, completed the forms more than thrice but it’s not working. I have reported this matter in different MTN stores but didn’t receive any help. I went to Thavhani mall branch in Thohoyandou, centurion mall branch snd Cape Town Bellville Sanlam campus. I am now being harassed by the so called Shapiro lawyers in behalf of MTN. They call me three to four times a day. How do I get help on this matter. Please do not take a contract or any financial engagement with this provider. This is bad and against the Consumer Protection Act.
