MTN is the worst

MTN truly has the worst costumer service. My contract ended and they decided to increase what I was paying from R295 to R557 without informing me. I paid the normal the amount on time. I did not get an invoice and I can't get an invoice on their app. I don't appreciate my SIM being disconnected whilst I paid what I was suppose to pay.
