MTN IS THE WORST EVER!!!!

My son has been trying to purchase data for his cellphone number like he has done for the last few weeks. However, he was having a problem on the App as it did not allow him to purchase data from his airtime I loaded onto his number. After spending almost an hour on the line with the call centre, the matter just went from bad to worse with constant lies, deceit and misinformation. Eventually when their lies caught up to them they quickly wanted to log a call as they claim that they don't work with that services and that they are working for I-Bridge an Outsourced Provider. What a load of bull for WASTING our time with no resolution and a lack of urgency. As i mentioned to them, my son is a student and spending time by his elderly grandparents and urgently needs the data. I had to purchase additional data for his number due to the incompetence at MTN and I'm requesting a full refund along with the airtime that we loaded onto his number. Your service is the worst ever. Can someone urgently contact me regarding this.
