Mtn is the worst ever

My contract has ended more than a year ago

I have not even been using their service for months and was still continues paying after struggling to close this account

I did block this account as this was a month to Month going forward and did not do payments as no one could assist to close the account , the next thing I see they hand me over to collections agency after pleading to close this account for months and this is extremely upsetting regarding the service going around this matter

I won't be paying anything else onto this as I have settled the amount with nu debt partner and now I just got re served with new collection documents regarding more outstanding fees , I feel both these parties working hand in hand is *****ed and will milk / ***** as much as they can from their clients
