MTN is the worst EVER!

I am struggling to understand how MTN operates, I have lodged a complain and was promised I will get feedback and still, nothing. What's important is robbing me and deducting some high funds from my bank account for no reason, MTN is the worse service provider on earth, in the universe actually, I'm so very mad at MTN actually I hate it. I won't know why I even bothered in singing up a contract.
