MTN is the worst company in South Africa

Upgraded my contact. They send me a message informing me that it is out for delivery and i would need to be at home for collection as they need it for rica purposes. I arranged to work from home that day with no delivery. Thet next day i got the same message and arranged again to work from home.... still no delivery. A week later and I have send countless hours on the phone with their call center referring me to numbers that doesn't exist or is out of service. Asked for the manager 4 times and was told that the manager will phone me in 5 to 10 min. Hours later still have not received a call. The worst service ever.
