MTN IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH !!!FACT

I bought my handset cash from the Balfour Park outlet and within a month of purchase the device suddenly stopped receiving calls and sending caller straight to my voicemail. Took it back to store had the assistant test it before booking it in and indeed concurred that the device was faulty. To my dismay a month has passed since this phone was sent in for repairs and no one can tell me when I will get my phone back. They have called the repair center and told the phone is in transit ….in transit well over 4 days .The after sales service from this company is non existent hell I even offered to personally go and fetch my phone all to no avail.
