Mtn is the Worst company ever

I took out a data contract with Mtn and I paid to cancell this contract as it was no longer in use. I paid the exact amount on the 4th of November and MTN just cept debiting my accound and ignoring my emails sent with proof of cancelation since November 2022. I have called mtn and sent numerous emails. They handed me over to Shapiro and I am now listed as a bad payer!! No one from MTN has called me to this day to sort out my account. Instead I keep on getting email statements and debit orders bouncing back! I will never be a customer again
