Mtn is the worst company ever.
I have upgraded a year ago.since the first month i get 500 minutes and 1 gig data per month.I specifically asked for 350 minutes and 5 gig of data.this was a new package that was available.I loose a lot of money because of this - the bigger problem is the fact that i am struggling 3 months now with mtn - they state that i owe them R916.00 , but i have proof of payment of that.i does not matter how many times i send proof to head office - nothing happens. - i was also 5 times at a mtn store in bloemfontein - nothing happens.they keep on cutting my line - i am very frustrated - dont know what to do anymore.

11 Sept 2018, 15:35Good day - this is impossible - can i have a detailed statement of the last 4 months please.i am fully paid up.the last 2 payments was done at a mtn store and the 3rd last one was done via eft - the payment you say you did receive.
