MTN is the worst cellphone provider

Poorest of the poorest. I have been a customer for over 15 years. Got a month to month data sim and cancelled it 2 months ago. Got the phone records and emails. Still 2 months later they deduct R400 from my account, which is R25 more than the amount at first, and I haven't received any data for the last 2 months. I contacted them numerous times and everytime they say the account is suspended by me, who still pays the monthly amount and don't receive any data or services. I have proof of every call loged and email aswell as my debit orders. I would rather not have any cellphone or data contract at all, than to have one with MTN.
