Mtn is the worst cell phone company

I am totally unhappy. I canceled my contract in October 2021 , I have proof that the account was canceled. Mtn still kept taking my money and when I put a stop on the debit order they hand my account over . It's impossible to get through to anyone to sort this out . Now this is affecting my credit record .. very disappointed.
