Mtn is the worst.

I put in an insurance claim with mtn last week Monday since then there has been no proper communication. I have asked multiple times for updates via email I have still not been contacted in regards to the collection of phone. We payed excess last week Friday and nothing has been done. Mtn clearly has no regard for customer care. Not to mention every time I recharge my airtime there's always a certain amount missing from my original purchased. It's ridiculous.
