Mtn is the worst

Mtn is the worst. I paid my month to month router services on the 18th of june and send through countless proof of payment to agents and still no assistance. I have been trying to sort out the issue and every time i call i am given a new reference number and told to wait 48 hours. Some of the communications received confirmed that payment was located, but when i check services are still disconnected. When i call to enquire i am told no payment was made. I have tried mtn whatsapp chat, emailed customer service, called 135. And on all communications no one was able to assist me. Its been 14 without connection and no solution so far.
