MTN is the worst

I had fed up with MTN, I had an account that I paid up 2 years back now I am receiving calls that it has been handed over with an outstanding balance but when contacting MTN I am owing nothing, on the 25th of Sept 2023 an escalation was made to the legal team and when I checked for feedback today they said it will take 2 to 24hrs for them re get the feedback from the legal team and I am still getting thses calls, I can not stress about the rude agent when calling the call center and them dropping calls.
