MTN is the worst

I need help please, went 2 MTN Bayside the 15th of January 2020 app**** for a laptop contract was approved immediately but up until today have not received what I ordered. This is the worst service that I have ever had and it is so frustrating all I keep on hearing is that there is no stock.Why do u advertise a item and approve a contract if u know u dont have that item in stock.
