MTN is the WORST!

MTN has the worst customer service of any network provider in South Africa. I live in Parkwood, Johannesburg and have been suffering with no network service especially from MTN as well as Telkom, since I moved here. We complained but nothing was done so we got a booster to boost signal as I work from home. MTN lodged a complaint with ICASA saying it interfered with their signal and my booster was removed. I then lodged another complaint with no response. I then took the complaint to ICASA, Telkom immediately responded and fixed the issue with their network. MTN, however has contacted me only once and thereafter left me hanging with no feedback for 3 months. I'm paying for a contract which I cannot use unless I leave my area, where I work and live.
