MTN is the worst.

I have missed one payment in October and I paid it within 30 days. Only one payment in the past 5 years that I’ve had a contract with MTN and it was paid in store, Just to find out that they’ve handed my account over to legal and I never received any communication that I was put to legal. I tried calling them and they never answer. How do you hand over an account without communicating with the customer. Please fix my account
