MTN is the WORST!

MTN has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even if you follow their due processes and provide them with all the documents they ask for you will never get what is due to you. Do not consider taking up any services with MTN whether it is a cellphone contract, data or wifi services please stay as far away as you possibly can from MTN. I hope this review can reach their "Chief Customer Service Officer" especially now during the so-called customer service week.
