MTN IS THE WORST

I have been using MTN for over 10 years, never thought of taking a contract until I received call from the MTN sales department early November, I got sold on the 10 mbps data deal for R295, only to find out I do not have coverage for that deal, worse the agent wrote a wrong address on purpose, called the customer service number several regarding the cancellation, till now i'm still trying to cancel the router and they are debiting me for the services didn't use. WORST SERVICES EVER,
