MTN IS THE WORST!
Once again, MTN makes data disappear. I bought 1.5 GB of data on Friday and by Saturday my data was gone. What is most suspicious to me is that I was not notified that my data was even being consumed. Usually if I am using my data too much I get a message notifying me that I have used up 50% of my data. In this instance my data just disappeared with no notification and no specific reason as to why. I called their customer care and some lady by the name of Phumelele Nzuza gave me attitude and did NOT assist me whatsoever!

02 Dec 2019, 17:35On 29-Nov-19 at 08:11 I purchased your 'MyComboOffers' which was a 30 day 1.5 GB anytime data, 1.5 GB night express, 150 min and 500 SMS for R199. On 30-Nov-19 my 1.5 GB anytime data was gone, which usually lasts me a month. I usually get a notification from MTN saying I have used up 50% of my data or 80% of my data. In this case I did not receive anything, my data just vanished. I don't know why or where it went. And when I called your customer care line, a very rude lady by the name of Phumelele Nzuza gave me attitude and refused to assist me.
