MTN IS THE WORST

My review should be 0, because MTN is literally the worst. 1. In 2019 my phone was broken and i sent it to mtn because I had a contract with them, let me tell you i still don't have a phone. MTN never took accountability and neither did Samsung, however i paid the contract in full and i believe i should've been given another phone since it's clear I'm never getting my old phone back. MTN IS THE WORST.

2.Now i have a data contract which has both day and mid night data but everytime i try to use my mid night data and download things (at midnight) my day data gets finished. HOW? Sometimes MTN DOES NOT LOAD ME WITH MID NIGHT DATA. What a trashy company. MTN is literally the worst. I'm on my way to cancel my contract. You have taken so much from me. You deserve nothing. I'm so livid
