MTN IS THE WORST !!!!!!!

I have upgarded on the 28th of Feb 2020. Ever since I am struggling to sort out my contract. I upgraded with a contract that includes a Bonus Value of 2gig anytime data and 2gig night time data. I NEVER RECEIVE THE BONUS VALUE DATA. I was at MTN several times, log SEVERAL requests, spoke to Customer care SEVERAL TIMES, lodge Complaints BUT NOTHING. They even deducted more money than the initial contract that I chose. I don't understand why this can take so long to sort out and why no one can assist me. This is the worse service I have ever received from anybody.
