MTN IS THE WORST

MTN is the worst. I took a contract with them in Feb. Their simcard was never registered and therefore never worker. I went to the store but they said they cannot help me as I have already been billed by the system. I refuse to pay for something which I did not use. I complained on twitter but the account ignored me. They are too quick to send me smss about payment but cannot even rica a simcard.
