MTN is the worst

Mtn and Rewards Co has been messing me around since end Sept 2020. My contract was due for an upgrade in Aug 2020. Reward Co contacted me in Sep 2020 on behalf of MTN, so I order Samsung A21 they then advise me the it will take 7-10 days for delivery. The phone never arrived, they then contacted me again end of Nov 2020 to advise that they will be delivering the phone. I then advised them to cancel the phone I will go to the MTN store to get the upgrade done in store. I went to the MTN store they advise me that the order is still open was Rewards CO and they don't know how to cancel the order to them and MTN cannot assist me in this regard. Today I called the MTN call center they then advised me that my account is arrears, but they debit my account every month and my line hasn't been cut off.

I need this matter to be resolved asap.
