MTN is the worst 🚮

I got their contract on January for R149 and they delivered 2 simcards which both showed to be R149 making it R300 total…i called asking for cancellation of the other simcard as it was not part of my agreement on February ..they didn’t then I asked to cancel the whole contract and even stopped using their contract..they failed doing so and still charged me monthly..I wrote countless emails and made countless calls still iwas not assisted and now they put me through CSS collection company saying that iam owing …ihave proof that they agreed to finally cancel the contract but today iam receiving email that iam still owing them… I even went to MTN pavalion Mall in Durban..I didn’t get assistance they said ishould call MTN legal team..I called MTN legal team they also didn’t assist me telling me to write an email on MTN complaints and MTN complaints said my contract is cancelled but today iam still receiving statement that iam owing R950 …
