MTN is the worst
I would like to advise everyone to avoid insuring their phone with MTN because they have been giving me a hussle when it comes to claiming my phone. For three weeks I have been trying to get my ITC number in order to open a case that is going to help with my claim. These guys are making it difficult for this process to get done, its as if they dont want to give me my phone. This is the worst experience ever. I once insured my phone with Vodacom and I never went through such
